Back squats- 315lb
slam balls- 20lb


Then did a little circuit

20-15-10 round 1:

Kb swings- 70lb
Thrusters- 70lb
Burpees

Tried staying light on front sets to work on my form but for some reason I decided to keep adding weight. Crushed through my stall I've been on and now I'm good to go! So happy.

4 rounds

resistance band kettlebell swings- 35LB x20
Deadlifts- 315LB x10
Wide grip Fat Gripz pullups- x10
30" box jumps (no pause) x20
TRX Low rows- x20

Damn! That is a beastly power snatch. I bet you could snatch about 265 or 270 if you knew how to squat snatch with good techniquie. Probably pointless for your needs though.

i actually have been trying to practice squat snatches man. im shitty at them but id be able to throw up so much more weight.
