I went to a friend's gym, loaded up like normal and thought I'd suddenly lost strength in my legs. The damn sled was 236lbs (not exaggerating).

I met a nice-looking girl last weekend that was super into crossfit and exercise. She had a pretty killer body. I thought we really hit it off and we made tentative plans later in the week to get together. She ended up blowing me off yesterday so I turned my frustrations into a new time for Fran today. I did it in 5:34 which I was happy with, but really want to break 5:00. It was only the 2nd time I've done it, the first being 6:52. After that I had another pretty hard workout knowing I will not do shi* tomorrow.

Haha. Nice job on a Fran time. I need to do one again in January when I'm in shape. I think if I kip I can get it under 3:20. But I don't kip.
