Got stuck under the weight with squats today, but just set it down on the safety bars with no drama. Was always worried about getting that last rep or so, but think this will give me confidence in the future.
Think I would have gotten it up though, but people started racking weights on the rack I was using mid set and kind of messed up my concentration.... |

That bag looks pretty cool. Was just thinking about it as I saw something like that in those "crossfit" commercials where they start running up some stairs.

....the one lift where f@cked up concentration causes all sorts of form mistakes.

Yep. Been having severe back pain again (at least not sciatic issues and numbness in my leg like before) to the point I've had to roll out of bed a couple mornings because I couldn't sit up. Went back to the Dr this morning, herniated disk in my lower back. Just gonna have to work through it and strengthen my core as beat I can. Found out in HS I have
A diffused vertebrae in my lower back, so something I'll just have to deal with the rest of my life. Got a great biceps workout in, though. Going back later for back. |

Brutal one. 3 rounds @135lb
Squat clean x5 Push press x5 Good mornings x5 Box step ups x5/leg Bent over rows x5 Took about 6-7 minutes. Pretty tough.
