So my Dr took me off Vicodin and put me on Percocet, then took me off that and put me in the Fentanyl patch Monday for my back issues (ordered x-ray, referral to physical therapy and a pain clinic). Anyway, the point: I'm doing splits of the following right now:

M - Shoulders & Tris

Tues - Back & Bis

Weds - Chest

Thursday - Legs

Friday - circuit training and things I might have missed during the work

Saturday - Misc.

Sunday - rest, as of right now

I try to work abs in here and there but I haven't been doing any because of my back and have instead been concentrating more then ever on keeping my core tight, form and technique.

So, didn't start Fentanyl til Monday night. **** is wrecking me. Around midnight I threw up every ounce of water, milk, chocolate milk, chicken, etc. but it was weird, not violent, more like just a water fountain pouring out. Didn't hurt or make me feel shitty. Started arms yesterday and about 20-30 minutes in, I had to make a beeline for the bathroom, and same thing: all the water and banana and chocolate milk I had drank in the morning came pouring out. And at a meeting around noon, I had to basically sprint out for the same reason. **** has been giving me bad heartburn, hiccups and insigeation too.

All I want to do is my workouts without feeling like I'm 90 from my back, but this Fentanyl is overwhelming.

Yeah definitely a good test of flexibility. I would like to lean out a bit and focus on olympic lifts a lot over the next 6 months. Ideally get a 300lb clean and jerk and at least a 205 snatch.

Did some heavy cleans. Got a PR on a standing press today (I think) 185. I got some pretty weak shoulders though. Haha. Then I did a little timed interval.

2 powercleans @225
18 sledge hammers on the tire

1:10 intervals. So everytime it hit 1:10 I started my round. 10 rounds. Good little workout.

185 for one. I did 175 for 2.

Pretty strict though. I'm much more use to push press/ jerk so the strict thing is a little different. My jerk is around 245-250 I think

Yeah I think cleaning to press feels more natural and is easier, unracking it and trying to press it up just isn't the same.

either way when I go real heavy I get light head momentarily at the bottom right before my rep. Any ideas on why this occurs? never fainted in any sports or at the gym, I feel like im flirting with that line though when I go heavy on Military Press

Funny you mention that. It's the only lift I ever felt lightheaded on. I remember doing a bunch of quick breaths then a big one and I went under the rack and I felt like I was going to faint.

Added 10 pounds on the squats today.

And went heavier on OHP too. 135x7 145x3 155x1. Power cleaning and pressing the 155 I didn't expect it to feel so heavy, I have to crouch down a tad to get it up.

Pull ups are my new favorite exercise. yea boiii

Keep it strict or lower the weights. If you want to push press do designated push presses.

I do mostly leg stuff on team lift days because I don't have a squat rack at my house. My hamstring has been aggravated for a little over two months but I'm finally getting back to lifting hard in it. Got a 505lb deadlift and 405lb back squat today. Ill update more later

Lots of pull and chin ups.

Did 4 sets of deadlifts ending up with 275x1. My grip was really weak and I felt like I was going to drop the bar at the top
