It's also not an Aimpoint he has on there. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's a Primary Arms micro dot.

Yep, it's the Primary Arms Micro. It has gotten great reviews, and since I'm not planning to go to war, the extra reliability and battery life of an Aimpoint doesn't justify the cost.

Yes, that is a Hogue, but I think I'm going to switch back to my Magpul grip.

How does the Magnifier work? Is it the PA 3x Magnifier? Thinking about picking one up for my 15-22.

Works great, does what it's supposed to do. They do need a nice mount though IMO, don't go cheap on the mount.

Definitely can't do better than the LaRue. Great kit.

Love my Hogue grip, but it's a little girthy (no h0mo). My fingers are short.

Couldn't agree more. Love my LaRue quick release mount. Great customer service as well...

I have average size hands, but feel that the Hogue actually needs more girth. I also wish the back strap went all the way up the receiver like the Magpuls do

Not enough girth??? I'm pretty sure the magpuls are skinnier. Held one a few days ago.
