Intermittent Check Engine Light

I have been having an intermittent Check Engine Light (CEL) on my 2001 330i for the past month. It comes on for a day and then clears and then is back the following day. I had the OBDII checked and it read PO365 (CPS "B" Bank 1, cylinder #1). When I had it checked, however, the CEL was not lit. Aside from the CEL, the car has no other abnormal symptoms, it runs hard.

I am inclined to change the exhaust side CPS (BMW part #12147518628). Does anyone have any thoughts or advice before I order the part and do the swap? Is this the best bet to fix the problem, or would I be better off going to the delaer?
