I actually just found out about them today, i was going to go check them out since its a mile from my house. I don't know how i never noticed them, they are kind of camouflaged by the huge interstate battery building.

I'm curious whether you asked to see your car during the alignment...and happened to notice 400 lbs of sand bags in the car or not. I hear they do it, but I know some machines can adjust for 'no weight' in car.

Is that so?

More like... keep on proving to BMW that their customers have the cash to pay 3x the normal going rate, encouraging even higher car and maintenance costs down the road.

If everyone boycotted dealership services and parts, i'm sure they would get their act together VERY quickly

Sorry to hear it. I can't recall once getting the wrong part from my parts guy at the dealer. My stack of receipts is over 1" high squashed down...bet that I've bought over 300 specific parts over just the last 5 years. Not one wrong.

JMK BMW parts in NJ! Another reason to love NJ!

I actually learned 'not' to do part numbers; that using words is safer, and I enjoy talking with him too, so like that it takes him more time! Seriously, though, Benn has saved me more times than I can count. If I ever become gheybe, he's fourth on my list...if he switches over too! That's how you get the right parts, Golf. A little hint, a subtle innuendo, promise of possible benefit! Works like a charm!

Yeah I went back to take a look at my suspension, but I didn't look inside the car. They may have been weight in it, but I couldn't say for sure
