Well I'm a sales rep for Coors light and I'm stuck in a company car all day and running in and out of accounts I try to eat subway as much as I can I always get honey grain oat Black Forest ham also I'm gonn try and do some workouts at home but just know the basics

it's all about lighting man. In my bathrooms I look ok but put me out on the sun with no angles and I look worse lol

In my opinion that's not representative of how you look though (..hunched over all of the time). What do you look like when you're using proper posture?

Hmmm! I don't know that I'd personally adopt the philosophy of trying to make myself look how I don't really look. I'd only be cheating myself.

I know you're right i'm just joking. All that really matters though is the progress so if you stick with the same pose and see progress then that's all that's really needed

And think about competitions, they are doing everything they can to make themselves look the best.

Really bad example honestly! To some degree, yes (..lighting, tanning.......because of the lighting, etc.), but horrible posture isn't one of them. In fact, GOOD posture is EVERYTHING in body building.

And solly just do more metabolic stuff. I've been doing them after every strength and I've cut down significantly in 3 weeks

You are trying to justify the horrible rounding that you do to try and make abs visible. It looks bad. I'm just giving you constructive feedback because that's what you come here for, right? The poses that a body builder incorporates into a posing routine are far removed from what you're doing. When a body builder/lean person flexes abs, they look like this:




...not the rounded back, hips protruding forward, ab-forcing pose you're doing.

Yes I arch to make my abs more visible, this is true. I'm not saying I don't. But I don't see the problem when all that the pictures need to do is show progress. If I start of arched and barely have abs and then have a progress pic later on where i'm arched and have more visible abs then that's showing progress.

And here is a bodybuilding competition where you can obviously see that they sometimes also arch to show more definition.....

haha well that's just the first pic I found where they were doing it. I'm no bodybuilding pose master and maybe you're right, but i'm just showing you that they do it.
