M3 Vert wheels

Ok guys; I think I've narrowed my wheel search down far enough to request some quotes. All wheels are to be the hyper silver finish. Please give me pricing with and without tires (245/35/19 Front and 275/30/19 Rear) shipped to 30294. These are to go on my '02 M3 Vert.

1. Avant Garde M364- 19x8.5F +35; 19x9.5R +22. If a 10" rear wheel exists, that would be preferable.

2. Linea Corse LC818- 19x8.5F +30; 19x10R +22. The Miro 935/type 111 is also acceptable since they are pretty much identical (although I think the Miro runs a +35 front offset and a 9.5" rear wheel w/+20 offset)

3. VMR V713- 19x8.5F +35; 19x9.5R +22. I wish it came with a 10" rear.

I will be ordering my coilovers this week as well. I listed the sizes and offsets that I've found on websites but I would, ideally, like the 19x8.5F and 19x10R with the right offsets to have a flush/aggressive stance without the use of spacers. If other offsets are available to do so, please let me know. Please get me your best pricing.
