I'd start by replacing the transmission fluid with Redline or another quality D4.

everything is fine oil etc...there is no error on computer check as well
i have searched internet and some suggested to upgrade or degrade the transmission software

this hard push is only in first nd second gear after that car runs very smooth

Wait, is this an automatic transmission? I sorta assumed cars in Saudi Arabia were mostly manuals, sorry.

My best guess, clutch master/slave issue, and you are not getting full travel. There is NO connection with your codes and the shifts, different faults, with different sources.

my money is that it's the differential bushing. it's a thud right? everytime you shift or kinda let go of the clutch it kinda jerks around. feels like its bouncing.

at 154k the diff bushings definitely must be out.
