I know its like a cheap way to lower the car but is almost a look that was "made" cool because so many kids did it because its cheap. I mean a lowering kits is $500 bucks, and it looks much nicer

Please don't get gold wheels! Stick with silver, black, or gunmetal.

Nice car though, an I like that you're including all the maintenance you're doing in upgrades.

Has anyone here kept a car on campus without a permit and simply kept parked in adjacent suburbs/public streets? I really really want to take my car with me to college this fall. (I'm an incoming freshman, to whom they do not issue parking permits)

My brother at Ohio state has said a parking pass is basically unneeded because street parking is plentiful.

The hyperblack looks real nice, how do you like it in person? I was think about getting my wheels refinished in hyperblack with polished silver lips.

My teenage daughter rant

We bought this car a 2002 BMW 325i about 3 months ago.
Been going through it and doing a lot of maintenance.
CCV, spark plugs, front end rebuild and the like.
I finally have is sorted out and in great running and looking condition.

My significant other has decided that the 3 series is too small for a family of 4
and a golden retreiver.

Okay, not a problem!!!!!
Got a teenage daughter going to college next year, the perfect
well maintained, safe and classy car to roll into campus with!!!!!

I have since learned that she is not interested in owning a free BMW!
"Too small and the drink holders are not big enough"

" I want a cool car like a Mazda or a toaster"

That does it, anyone need a nitwit teenage daughter???????

My advice, make sure you keep it in a place with a lot of nicer cars around, and don't drive it to class, even if you're an hour late. My car was keyed on the school campus just earlier this year. On the fxcking CAMPUS. Next to the fxcking JESUIT RESIDENCE. Don't trust people.

My car's gonna stay in my apartment complex's garage unless I need/want to go for a drive.

I blame the parents. Jk. That's pretty damn surprising; usually teenage girls would jump at a free BMW. Especially since they can show off to/with their friends and ride it till it's run-down. At least, all the teenage girls who got free German cars from their parents that I know did.
