Haven't done any mods except the golf tee.
However, I have done a lot of irregular maintenance
VCG,Window regulators, upper radiator hoses, transfer case, side markers, fuel pressure regulator/filter, bent right side rims, power steering fluid - all DIY
CCV and CSB- done by BMW south atlanta
and an assortment of regular maintenance
Future mods/Diy
Angel eyes, tranny oil/filter, headliner, fcabs, and that's it until I find something else cool on the forums.

Thanks! I noticed that youve been owning one for quite sometime, and was wondering if you would have any answers to my post which no one has responded to yet :/

Plus if you have any other DIYs that you wrote up since we have the same cars! lol

It's not bad at all, besides simply having more things to break and a little more weight. The awd drive really "kicks" in on wet roads and the extra weight that normally feels like a burden in ideal weather, makes the car handle like a peach in inclement weather. I was looking at getting a manual 330 xi or an x3.

Same degree I'm getting as well. Keep counting down the days and I'm actually kind of freaked out about the whole prospect of getting a real job and what not. I will be able to at least afford a few things and not worry about money as much I guess.

It is scary, but it will be nice to be on my own for once.

So it's about time I buy a fresh set of tires for my baby! One of the more expensive pieces of late. Just swapped the ps rack out over spring break. Been sitting on KW V1s for about a year and a half. Thinking of grabbing some 225s in place of my 205s to get a sportier look. May also throw on some spacers

Well... I'm definitely far away from being a college kid, but my older daughter just finished her freshman year at the University Of Texas. Her pride and joy for the past 2.5 years has been her 2001 330i I bought her for her 17th birthday.

The car has 147K miles and is pretty much as stock as they come and I actually like it better that way. Bought it @ 128K miles, it came with a lot of service records (suspension overhauls etc.) and it has been the epitome of reliability the time we have had it. Replaced both intake boots, oil level sensor and two window regulators. Those are the only things that have gone bad so far. Did complete coolant system overhaul before she left last summer and this summer I will do brakes all around. Just got a new set of tires on it, too, so she'll be good to go for plenty of miles again.
