500! That's crazy! I might just wait on that one, the worst that can happen is it will overheat right? And the waterpump isn't that hard to get to with the engine in the car

got the winsheild wipers off yesterday (harder than you would think until you figure out the correct teqnique, (I pushed down on them and it seamed to break the seal, at first i kept trying to just pry up with no luck),

then i took two gasoline showers, one in the front of the car and one in the rear. The gas lines are now out of the car and ready for the m3 ones to be put in as soon as i receive them (paid another fanatic 2 weeks ago for them......still waiting)

thank you very much! its really not that amazing, ive been reading about it for the past 6 years and i was expecting everything to be much more difficult, the bigest problems ive run into are stripping rusty nuts/bolts and tracing wires...(still working on the wires)

i think tom. im going to go buy a hoist from harborfreight should i get the 1 ton
http://www.harborfreight.com/1-ton-c...ane-93840.html

Or should i get the two ton?
http://www.harborfreight.com/2-ton-f...ane-35915.html

price is not the issue, but space is. however i dont want to get the smaller 1 ton if it wont work as well....

i also plan on getting a engine tilter

get the fold-able two ton. we got one at work for lifting smaller machinery. Works perfect and all of casters rotate, so pimp for <$200. and its grey with a red pump so it doesnt look like orange HF junk (might be orange in your area. lol). the build quality is decent with good thick metal, welds aren't perfect but I don't see anything to cause alarm. lifted 300-400 lb drill presses with ease. I really don't see the 1 ton hoist being much smaller, just a weaker jack and maybe thinner metal.

Thanks a lot for ur imput ill buy the two ton for sure,

Mini update, got all the pedals disconnected. Also got the two rear sending units from the gas tanks almost out (I didn't completly take them out because I didn't have the others ready 2 go in.

I'm not completly sure if I want to switch to the m3 gas tank or just keep mine, I'm told the breathing systems r different....?
