meatloaf idea

I made a very simple turkey meatloaf a while back that was pretty much just

ground turkey
breadcrumbs
eggs
onion
garlic
ketchup

It came out awesome and I planned on making it tonight but I had an idea to make it a little spicy and add a different flavor by adding sriracha sauce instead of the ketchup. Good idea or bad idea?

depending on how much ketchup you used, i would say go half ketchup half sriracha just to bring a little kick to it... IMO its a safe mix

that's a good idea. I don't want it too spicy. I usually did maybe 1/4 of a cup or so.

Is the ketchup going into the mix or are you using it as a glaze to cook on top of the meatloaf?

I put it in the mix last time. I'll be doing the same with this.

I do BBQ sauce on meatloaf instead of ketchup...never could stand it that way for some reason.
