i learned a few things about my car.. nothing bad..

i got a 92..

my mileage is pretty low for its age.. 85,000 ish for a car bought in 6/2002 that's 9,444 miles per year.. i have put mad running hours with no mileage on it though in the past year. 30 minute drives to go 4 miles..

89 and they messed up an accident report. I'm pretty sure the accident reported on the X5 happened on my father's 325xi.

The X5 is my mother's car but I mainly drive it now that she has a new car.

Screw the score, it gave me the last 11 years history on my beloved Bronzitbeige e30 vert! I even was able to look up the plate # using the vin as well. . .it only has about 40k more miles on it since I sold it 11 years ago, and it's still in Chicago. . man I'd love to get a hold of the current owner!

Worked with 3/4 VINs for me. Not very accurate at all, all the vehicles I put in have had damage claims and they all came back clean.

I realize autocheck and carfax aren't the best things to base buying a car off of, but its neat to know some info about your car that you wouldnt know otherwise.

e46 got a 93. Highlander got an 87. Both came up clean. The BMW has had a quarter panel replaced, but clearly wasn't reported to insurance as carfax and autocheck don't show it. Highlander is in fact 100% clean and original.
