My Ride: 325i
Bent Kingpin/Hub

Hey guys,

I have an '03 325i, and have experienced the same issue. Replaced Front control arms along with urethane bushings, Bilstein shocks, RTAB urethane as well. Gone through 3 sets of rotors all the way up to cross drilled Zimmermans with Mintex pads, changed to Cryo-Stop with Hawk HPS pads all 'round and the vibration continues in the front when hitting the brakes above about 50mph.

Found out my wife long ago backed the car in reverse off a really high curb when swinging front end around. Alignment guy couldn't get the camber to come into spec, and suggested that the steering knuckles were bent.

Replacing king pins next. Will advise as to how it turns out.
