just curious how modules/key/dme talks to eachother when using the 330 DME. wonder if the original key just talks to the new EWS/DME automatically and if the LCM, GM5, etc automatically work without coding.

Definatly for. Its cheaper to replace a component prior to it being worn out/failing and taking out other systems with it. These cars are too touchy to not do this. Bmw are like pets. Feed em, love em, and give them the good food and they will rarely bite the hand that feeds
