I just want to say I really really miss metcons. Doing this split workouts is fun and I'm making progress but there's nothing like competing with people and doing times workouts. the comp at my house is may 11th and I figure I'll do what I'm doing for about 5-6 more weeks and switch it up 4 weeks before. Hoping I weight over 180 by the end of 5 weeks.

Compared the where is started? For me it took about 3-4 months to get to a number that wasn't embarrassing.

Are you gonna be with the GF? Not sure where you're staying. But if you're going out on Sat night, I might be going to this new lounge/club called Emerald. We could meet up there if you're around.

One hour train ride, I'll be driving to NY. How bad is it driving from Harlem to your place? Tell me it's safe to park my car there

Yea ill be with the gf and a few others. Visiting my friend in Southie. And I will be getting shitfaced. I don't know what our plans out but I'll let you know. Driving here isn't too bad and parking should be fine.

skipped my workout last night because I had to help the gf move a dresser. And by help I mean do it all lol. I'm doing last nights workout tonight.

Saw this this morning and was happy. 179.2lbs

Yeah I was talking about the scale pic.

Even just a flexing pic of that naked one of you with the guitar would have been pretty awkward to be viewing in class
