Nothing for traps but they're considerably sore from over head press, power cleans, deads, and kb swings. IMO my traps are coming along nicely and I never hit them directly. It's funny hearing everyone always asking about how many shrugs they have to do.

So I just got done playing bball. Used to play my ass off when I we younger and haven't played in a year. Everything came back much quicker and I can jump higher that ever lol. I used to have to run and jump to grab rim. Now I can grab on a vertical with ease. Super excited about that lol.

solly, what was your exact routine for that bear complex thing? on friday, i did 6 sets of 4 reps with 95 lbs and it was brutal. it made me feel really weak

Used 115 and did 3 "reps" and 4 rounds. So 12 total times through.

Bball messed me up good yesterday. My left foot is shot. It's not swollen or anything but it's in a lot of pain. No workout for me tonight. It looks like I may be out for a few days at least. Maybe not completely but legs for sure.
