its pretty good. if you use your phone for music then you can put playlists on there or keep your music in the background and there is a bell that rings when the round is over. there is a halfway "door knock" and when you are on your break there is a 3 second reminder that the round is about to begin.

^ I have a similar sound that plays from my workout log app when my rest periods are done. It's a perfect method to be hands free and still know when its time to work

there's one scrawny kid who's probably in his teens that's totally mirin though. he's weak, but if he keeps watching me and mimicking my work outs, he's gonna be able to kick my ass in a couple of years
