i talked to a guy yesterday and he said if you live near a marina or boat store, go look for a climbing rope there. he said he got one for 50 bucks.

thanks man. I'm leaning towards the rogue one since it has a loop and is easy to hook on to something. It's only like $20 more too.

tabata style 20 seconds curling 10 seconds resting. I had to turn it up at the end.

Just did a little conditioning stuff today and no weights

50 double unders
25 30' box jumps

pr of 50 straight double unders in round 3. I just cruised right through them.

just added you. check out the video. you should probably see the lattimer videos first. we has a game at san fran state and we took a bus up there and when that dude lattimer came on the screen everyone yelled out my name. hahahaha

But don't you love that feeling. Middle of the work out getting really tired and want to stop. But you push through and BAM the energy come and you feel great for a while. Sometimes 10 minutes sometime more. That is beast mode to me.


Then that feeling at the end of the day. Finally sit down pretty well exhausted but you put in work today and you are a little better off than the day before. Both feelings are addicting to me.

you're right. I always seem to turn it up at the end which is something I'll have to learn to do during the whole workout but I don't know myself well enough to go all out the whole time because I'm worried I'll burn out too quickly.
