I'm still sore from monday dude. Next week I'm taking it semi easy because I have a comp next saturday. Then one more week of my current style of training then I'm beginning this
http://startingstrength.com/resource...t=15268&page=1 The Strength and Conditinoing Program is as follows: Monday Squat – Weight lifted x 5 reps x 3 sets, sets across Press – 5x3, sets across Chins/Pull-ups – 3 sets of as many reps as possible Tuesday Power Clean – 3 reps x 5 sets, sets across Dips – 3 sets of as many reps as possible Conditioning Wednesday Off or Skill Day Thursday Squat – 5x3, sets across Bench Press – 5x3, sets across Dips – 3 sets of as many reps as possible Friday Deadlift – 5 reps x 1 work set Pull-ups/Chins – 3 sets of as many reps as possible (can be moved to Saturday) Conditioning Saturday Optional conditioning I like this because it basically mixes the starting strength program and conditioning work. |

How much did it cost you to make it? I just spent $110 on a 20lb & $95 on a 14lb Dynamax ball...damn things are expensive!

Damn dude those are a ripoff IMO. I made a 20lb and 25lb for less than $30 total. A cheap rubber woman's bball, a cheap men's bball, 2 rolls of gorilla tape, and a 50lb bad of pea pebble gravel from home depot. Super easy. The only difference is they are smaller than dynamax balls.

$11 for the gorilla tape
$6 for the basketball $4 for the sand (50lb) and solly i just figured id be able to pack sand in a little more. its nice there is barely any space except for a little give when i slam it. seems sturdy and the gorilla tape is tough as hell. the last couple lbs took me the longest. had to slam the ball down a few different ways to pack more in and such. about to move into a new place in la. picking up a tire, sledge hammers, rope, and weight chains. should be a fun winter! lots of heavy lifting. quick picture of supplies
