I think your workouts are pretty legit... working your entire body most of the time. That + the limited equipment you have means you are pretty set imo... if you wanted to add in some "isolation" for abs once or twice a week to end your workout it couldn't hurt.

I think you should place some focus on making sure you are eating enough food instead of worrying about adding in additional work!

I think you're right about that. I do have a ton of equipment though and can do pretty much anything in some form in my garage. I think maybe a few more arm shoulder, and ab work is all I might need.

you didn't say that. You said run. You didn't say anything about adding resistance. When people say "run" I think they mean jog for a long period of time, not high step like a mad man in my back yard through snow.

lol you meant running in the cold. Get out of here lol. Distance running will never be my thing. I hate it. I like to go fast and hard but long and slow.

I know where you live. I know what snow is. I know what winter runs entail.

Stop assuming negatively about what running can be and what I meant. Because that makes me a sad sad panda.

what you are going to want to do (if we are on the "run" spectrum) that can apply to size and strength is lengthening out your stride. It will help with all of your workouts in the weight room as well. anything like sand pit stuff, bleachers/stairs are good focusing on quick feet and then strides. You really want to stretch out the lower body fibers. Anything with resistance bands is good, jump squats, ect...

when it gets nicer out and stays light past 4:40 I'm going to do a bunch of hill strints and stuff like that. I do want a parachute pack thing too. I just don't know how much they are or what to even look for.

i have a parachute. Truthfully, there are much better ways to get some leg ROM and they don't resist you very much unless its windy, you're at the beach, or you're running uphill.

yea probably true. I should just save my money for something else. I need to get over this cramping I get when I run up hills and sh1t too. The bottom of my quad right above my knee always tightens right up.
