Based on the past two weeks I should be able to ride this out a bit. I am adding 5lbs per week to make sure I don't top out too quickly. If I got 20reps at 170 (when all I was required on day 4 was 10 reps) I hypothetically should be on this for at least 2 months or so since the only "required" set of at least 20reps is day 3 and I will be at 145 this week. That shouldn't be an issue. Hopefully that didn't confuse you guys lol.

Haha. You're already on the program. It didnt take free gear to convince you to try it. I'm really excited to see what this does for you if you are able to get 8 or 10 weeks out of it. I'll be ecstatic if I get 6 maybe 7 out of it.

50 total reps at 335 after a 285 20 rep the day before would be outstanding.

I may try this program after I finish my current program this coming May/June. I figure that I'll change programs once my progress stalls for at least 3 weeks. I have yet to hit the wall.

Did week 4 day 2 yesterday. 50 at 215.

Did 2 sets of 10 and then did a conditioning workout of:
5x
:40 KB hold with 106lb and 88lb KB
6 215lb squats

The KB Holds ABSOLUTELY KILLED my forearms. Try doing it a bit with the heaviest ones you have. Its excruciating.

set of 20 at 255 tonight.

Is that just a hold out in front of you? I have 35,53,and 70lb kb's.

Tonight is squats only.

50 at 145 with at least 20 straight. Should be ok. Feel a little soreness but nothing terrible.

Yeah, just one in each hand held at your sides. It might start getting tough with the 53 and the 70 but youd probably have to go for a bit longer.

Never done those, will have to try. Reminded me of an exercise my buddy showed me (can't remember name of it) where you squeeze as hard as you can to hold two plates together (I think we used two 10 lb plates) straight out in front of you... kills your chest and forearms

I think I'm going to take a week off of heavy lifting after I finish my heavy back squat/clean rotation this Saturday. Instead I'll do my newly crafted "100 Workout". On my 3 day split, I'll perform 100 reps of the compound lifts using moderate weight. I'll likely use 255 lbs. for squats, 225-250 lbs. for bench, 200 lbs. for the front squat, 225-250 lbs. for the dead lift, etc., and I'll also do 100 pull-ups/chin-ups/dips. I already perform 50 reps per exercise right now, so what's another 50....right? That should be fun and exhausting.

I kind of like that. Just keep in mind that it will be very easy at first then you'll want to die. Don't pick a weight too heavy that you will be doing sets of 4 at the end lol. I like knowing I have 50 reps because it makes me want to bang out a lot of reps in each set and not put the bar down.

I'm already figuring that rep sets will decrease as I get past 50.
