Misery.....

20 degrees in the garage. Did a max handstand hold immediately before this (1:26) and a 2.5 mile run right after (7:56 / mile pace)

There is some black in him, it's just not visible and he does not know. It's just not possible to do such moves with white genes.

Was that handstand with or without a wall?

Without. In good for maybe 5 seconds freestanding. Never have really practiced them.

Did Greg say it was better to do 30 +20 or 15+10+10+10+5?

I did the latter @ 135, but could try 30/20 at 95.

If I remember correctly he said the first two days can be however you want it. I just wanted to get them over with as fast as possible. I think you're ok if you break them down in smaller sets though. Are you trying the program or just trying to get 50 reps?

I'm just doing 50 squat reps, trying to increase pushup numbers and consecutive dip numbers.

Doesnt really matter. If its light I would do as many as you can per set while still having good speed on every rep.

I'll drop down to 95. at 135 I was like a dinosaur breathing every rep.

at 95 I could probably speed it up to "crossfit" speeds.
