New Video of slight motor knock any suggestions??

Here is a video of the motor knock that started the other day just upon initial start up after sitting for a while?? any idea what this could be

It seems like it goes out exactly when the oil pressure builds up in the engine. It could be the bearings. I think having an experienced professional look at it is your best bet.

If it goes away as fast as it did now every time you start the car then you have nothing to worry about.

That noise could be vanos activation noise. or if you're low on oil and it takes a second more for it to come up to the lifters.

With these cars If you're not throwing any codes then your engine is fine.

Your oil up to level , what you;re using?

The oil level is a little low i just checked it, its down to the first mark on the dipstick

im using 5w-30 castrol full synthetic what it recommends
