Need new tires...will these fit

I'm getting new tires for my stock 323ci (2000) coupe. I am looking at getting some 245/40/17's instead of the normal 225/45/17's.....will they fit or will I have rubbing issues.

Will be just fine as long as you're on stock rims.

245/40 fits on stock Style 44s w/o any issues. That is what I run.
