Having issues with ess software reading my cars info.

So installed ess supercharger vt2 525. Sent ecu to be programmed came back put it in car didn't run correctly. Was told by ess that I had to reset the adaptations, got a cable and it wont read the car. Figured it should of been something they should have done seeing how I sent my ecu to them but guess not. They told me I may have bad obd2 port or wiring issue, but no ground issues or bad wiring and fuses good. Has anyone had this issue or know how I could go about getting it fixed?

Search for anyone able to read your car and have them try the obd port If you´re using an android phone, you could get a bluetooth obd adapter and try it yourself, in case you don´t have INPA+interface
