Fitment Question

Hey guys im new to this thread and the BMW world. I recently bought a 2001 330ci, im looking to get a new set of wheels. I really like the VMR's and I really like some of the M3 wheels. I found a set of wheels on craigslist in my area so I was wondering if they would fit. Heres the link to them.

Also does anyone know if thats a good price for them?

M3 rears won't fit on a regular E46 without a lot of work. Four M3 fronts will fit OK.

those won't fit for two reasons - the rear offset is too low and the tires are too big (M3 has higher overall diameter of the tire)
