SSG (Non-M SMG) Clutch Actuator Overhaul

Hi everyone

For those of you who are bothered about leaking clutch actuator of E46's SSG transmission (5- and 6-speed), I offer overhaul for it. That means replacing the inside hydraulic piston seal by an exactly fitting, 100% hydraulic fluid compatible seal which is manufactured by a german specialist company.
There is a workaround going to forums, which says to fix the actuator with clutch slave cylinder repair kit. This seal is not suitable for SSG enviroment and fluid and will cause damage of the entire system.

All specifications of my seal have been acquired together with Pentosin, main supplier for CHF-11S hydraulic fluid.
New actuator @ BMW dealer is about 1000$, so why fling away that money?

Costs: 200$ (including free shipping back to USA, shipping to Germany is up to you) via PayPal.

If you send me your used and leaking actuator in advance, I will directly overhaul this one. Otherwise I would charge another 200$ as deposit and send a refurbished actuator first and you can return the old part afterwards. I will refund the deposit as soon the actuator arrives.

PM me if interested or if you have any questions.
