Feeler: 2003 BMW 330i Auto. Minor cosmetics mods

Seeing what kind of offers i get here compared to the dealers/auction. $11k OBO

Info:
-2003 330i Auto, 79k miles (bought the car in 2005 with 20k miles). Oil changed every 6-7k miles using OEM oil and filters. Last oil change was today 11/4/11.
-Sports/Premium Package. AC/Heater working properly (Just swapped out water/heater valve to fix it).
-Car drives without any problems.

Only Mods are: AE's, LED tail lights, and Clear side markers.

Maintenance since I've owned the car:
Trans fluid changed at 30k
-11/28/10 (72k miles): Valve cover gasket, HID bulbs, Air Filter, Spark Plugs
-1/23/11: Front control arm Bushings
-10/28/11: Expansion Tank, Battery, Water Heater Valve

Cons:
-Hood and Bumper need to be repainted. You cant see it in the pics but there are lots of areas were the paint is damaged.
-Sunshade broken. Was going to repair it today but the pieces were $18 each at the dealer, will probably buy them from Tischer.
-SES light comes on and off, Lost my damn BMW Tool and used a ODII reader now. Forgot the exact codes but i think i read on here its a intake boot leak.
- Both Key Batteries are dead.

Will add more if i forgot something. Only trade i want is for a Stock S14 5spd.
