Bass Boost- JL Audio

I am not a big audiophile, but I want more bass. I have the stock non-hk OEM system (well it's really not a system but whatever). I want to keep stock headunit but just increase the bass. I was thinking of doing the Stealthboxes cause they are a clean install...but are they ****ty? I usually listen to rock and rap but not extremely loud, but I like a good beat. I also know I need an amp and was thinking of going JL for that too but I am not sure what amp to get...Also where do I buy JL products cause they dont have their store up yet....

JL amps are excellent. I forget the model number but you're gonna want the one that pumps out 500Wx1 at 2 ohms.

If you're ever in the west side of the city and want to check out what the stealths sound like lemme know. I have them running off of an alpine amp.
