steptronic knob ==>> manual knob

first question: heard from this forum b4, someone managed to make the steptronic look like a manual. i'm just interested in fitting a manual knob in place of my step. is it possible that a manual knob can fit into the steptronic knob's stick without major modifications ?

second question: is it possible to fit the M3 SMG's knob onto the steptronic knob's stick ?

thanx a ton !

Here is a link to a previous post. You don't have to stop at just the knob. You can do the whole shifter.
