M3 SMG Problem - juddering stuggling selecting gear at standstill

Hi, just got an M3 SMG, had it two days been fine only been in it for 20 mins at a time. Went out today for an hour a lot of stop start stuff. Got to a giveway car was in Drive and went to set off and car juddered and revs dropped, felt like it had trouble finding the gear, gear was then selected and it drove, untill the next giveway where it did it again. Luckily I was round the corner from my house so was able to get it home. Once I pulled up outside I selected Neutral and it was making a funny noise so i turned off the engine.
Left it for about 1 hour then started it back up, it's now not running correctly idleing at a funny noise, i have not driven it since in fear to doing any damage.

Any help would be muched app as I don't know what to do other than take it to BMW main dealer for a diagnoistic check.

perhaps your gearbox needs to be diagnosed using INPA. I did a euro tune on an SMG m3 and I didn't do the transmission adaptation. when it was placed into gear, you would hear a loud CLUNK and the car immeadiately stalled, just as it would if say someone let go of the clutch while in gear but didn't gas it, although I doubt you'd hear a loud CLUNK. anyways, I didn't know I had to do an adaptation of the transmission which went through the process of bleeding the clutch for air, shifting the transmission (this is all while car is not running) then eventually it had me start the car and from then, it was all good.

Mine are making these exact noises.
Any idea what could be the issue?
Thinking of flushing the transmission with new Royal Purple fluid and hoping this will solve the problem.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
