So I'm "in the ragtrade" - we have a great time. Twice a year we do a world trip buying samples in cities like LA, London, Tokyo, Amsterdam.

It is hard work sometimes but we really have a good time. It's a great vibe at our company.

Wherever I can I get to meet with my favorite suppliers, a couple of trips ago I went out to EUROPEAN AUTO SORCE in Santa Clara Los Angeles... It was really great to meet the owner Tom and the crew and see their set-up. They are one of the best suppliers around. In London I do plan to visit CA Automotive (they are a couple of hours out of London I understand) - probably the best tuner/supplier in the UK. I was supposed to hook up with the Vorsteiner sales rep when I was in LA last time but that fell through as he had resigned 2 days before I got to LA.
Wow mate sounds so cool, I'm actually envious, I'd love a job like that.

Cheers - it can be a ball breaker some days - but over all it is pretty good.

What industry do you work in?

Strange as every other site that hasn't just cut and pasted from C&D has it doing it in around 4.4 - 4.5secs. But upon reading it's after they put the performance pack on it?

It does as the extra 4KPH adds to the ET time.

It is not when you compare KPH to MPH.... Ohh I forgot you can't tell the difference between imperial and metric.

We use the metric system, much like the rest of the world.

Get with the times and context.

No need for solving.

Not sure about those C63 figures... Wheels magazine has the new C63 at 4.42sec 0-100... The C63 Black series coming out in late 2012 is said to do a 4.2 0-100... Not sure where you got high 3's from.

Something interesting that I read today.. The 2014 "F82" M3 is rumoured to have an inline six 'boasting three small turbos'... They are expecting low 4's 0-100.

I agree - that sounds more like it - without spending time to research I was very surprised at the mid to high 3 second claim...

WOW - is that FOR REAL the latest development M3 will go back to a 6 BUT with Turbos? How does the 3 turbos set-up on a 6? The sizes I have played with have 2 banks of exhaust - 3 and 3 - so will this engine break the exhaust into 3 banks of 2??

From the rumors it sounds like its two conventional turbos, one electric pseudo-turbo, allowing them to use larger turbos while relying upon the electric unit to remove lag.

Not keen on the 2door C63, sedan looks far better, and the M3 better again!

If you read the article it says there's a 'development' package which uses parts from the SLS which is what might be installed in the car they're testing.
