HID Lights

Hi, if someone can plz help me. Yesterday I installed a HID Kit in my 2006 325i and am getting a burnt bulb error message. It goes away after 5 min. I went back to the tech he grounded it and installed q bypass module. He is very good with these kits and never seen this before. Any ideas?

If your car never came with hid. The ecm will signal the error light since its not reading the resistance in a halogen bulb when in the off position when it does it self check. this is why most people add a HID Xenon Error Warning Canceller.
