Yes adding to the fleet, though prob sell my Mrs car and give her the X5 ( for the 100 km a month that she drives :/ )

Yeh the 3200 have a horrible rep, i had been told the 4200 was worlds apart reliability wise ( still not up with your average car mind you ) , but im begininng to think, given that I wont be able to have the car and not drive it all the time, Im prob better off with an M ...

Hahah, dont worry bro, I did 3000km last week, so happy with the X5 (said whilst knocking on wood )

The only places my mrs drives to are the gym and to go for dinner with her friends/siblings ...

no one commented negatively at you, only at the price.

If you really got 1800 then good for you, theres always a few mugs around who will pay way too much for something...

then again, there was this on guy called BADMAN ...

You are right - I was mistaken - I was typing "off the cuff" I meant the tail - I am told by an owner the tails are about $800 a corner. I just did a search and the headlamps OEM you can by for $1100 odd per side.

Bottom line - Porsche parts aren't really as expensive as you'd think.

A Chrysler 300 headlamp is $2500, so $1100 odd for a Porsche is pretty good I think.

Yep - I must have got lucky. And it only took a week to sell too...
