New set of spark plugs arrived this morning, all boxed up nicely and wrapped in their own little bubble-wrap sleeping bags. Thanks Lucas, keep up the good work.

Thanks, sounds good! Its exciting to see these things come to life

Make sure you give us a call before coming down to make sure someone will be around. We're not open to the public at the moment and and can be out during the day doing pickups/deliveries etc.

Lucas.

Hopefully, our quick and inexpensive shipping makes up for not being in your own backyard

Hi Lucas, just bought accessory belt for my car from the website. It seems the part number is different. Could you check if it fits my car for my car E46 328i 2000 ? Thanks.

Hi Spacemaster,

First, I want to apologise for any inconvenience as you are correct the accessory belt we sent you is incorrect for your 328i!

I will have the correct belt expressed to you tomorrow morning and will refund you the cost of postage to return the incorrect belt to us when its convenient to you. I will sent you a PM now though please let me know if there is anything else I can do.

Lucas.

Hey guys I just want to give Lucas another shout out for a awesome job well done.

First off, he let me have the free shipping even though lasts month special had ended.
Then when he had accidentally sent me one of the wrong parts I ordered, he immediately got in touch with me and then sent me the correct part by express post so I got it the very next day including a prepaid return satchel so I can return the wrong part with no hassles.

Lucas, thank you very much for a job well done and well handled, your a real champ. It's great to see a good parts supplier with such commitment and willingness to help and keep people informed at every stage of their transaction here locally in Australia.

Thanks mate.

Great to hear Shannon! Thanks for posting your feedback.
