Need advice -- engine light

Hi guys, So I recently bought back my old 330i ZHP... the car now has AA headers and full exhaust, dinan intake, and AA software, along with a few other things. The car has a "service engine" light on now... The code is for a cylinder 3 misfire and I am trying to figure out the source of the problem. I just replace all the plugs and that didnt really help... I dont know if it is electrical or fuel related... any input will be appreciated !

You could try swapping the cylinder 3 coilpack with another to see if the misfire moves. If yes, probably one bad coilpack. I'm assuming you cleared the misfire code after replacing the plugs and the same code came back, right?
