Bi-Xenon internal wiring problem
Helllo, I've been having problems with the wires in the attached photos becoming brittle and snapping. I have soldered, shrink wrapped and liquid taped them a few times but they just break in a new place. I was wondering if anybody else has had a similar problem. I'm probably going to put the light in the oven and rewire it. Any ideas or input would be great. Thanks

I just finished a retrofit and had the same issues. I guess the headlight housing gets hot on the inside. I just put some liquid electrical tape and called it a day. The wire itself was in good condition.

I hope that works for you. I think that it might be common problem with the adaptive headlights, because most of the used lamps have the same issue. Keep an eye on it.
