Front drivers side window not sealing at top

Hi people. I have recently bought my first car a e46 2001 sedan. I have noticed that the drivers side window want seat properly in the trim and have already used this websit to strip and check regulator which i think is ok there was a load of dirt on the window that was stopping it from travelling up and down. However still will not seat properly and when traveling above 50 mph the whistling is driving me crazy. Is it the seal i have bought one just incase though its huge and not quite shore if they are one piece or different seals for different parts of the window. Any help would be greatly received.
