WTB Sedan or touring for 10.5 or less

So on the night of dec 17, my 1 owner 2002 Steel Blue 325i saved my life and my passengers life by sacrificing its own. I slid out at 70mph (michigan speed limit) on black ice on a bridge, and hit a guard rail on my drivers front corner than drivers rear corner. than as my car was shot back accross the road, a lady in a mustang who hit the black ice also t-boned my drivers door at 75mph. my car than slid around 300 feet down the road and another 200 in the grass. Both my passenger and i walked away from this with LITERALLY only 1 scratch on my left elbow from the window exploding on me. My left side is a bit messed up from the impact but i'm alive and i'll recover. The nurses at the hospital saw photos and said we both should be dead. The guy at the tow yard asked me today if it was a fatal. I owe my life to this car and the safety of it.

The irony of it was i was going to pick up a set of winter wheels and tires off a member in michigan, which i now possess, with no BMW...

I want another one. It was one of the most enjoyable cars i've ever owned.

I would LOVE to have another steel blue but am not 100% set on it

I'm looking for

*Preferably a face lift car, or a pre facelift with a face lift swap.

*Prefer 5 speed but will entertain ideas of auto if its the right colour combo.

*Needs to be either a Sedan or Touring, No coupes. i need room for people and cargo.

*Stock or modded will work, i'm fine with either, it will just matter on price.
would prefer under 150k miles.

*I would prefer it DOESNT have HK but i can deal with it if it does, I'm going to rip any stereo out of it and put my old one from my 325 in it.

*XENONS! I dont care if its a random kit or factory bi-xenons, the factorys are prefered, but just HAS to have xenons/hids.

*No E36s or E39's Just another E46.

*Around 10.500 or less would be ideal.

*lots of photos if i buy sight un-seen and as many service records as possible.

all im waiting on is insurance which i should have taken care of with in the next 10 days at most. so please show me what you guys have, i'm willing to travel to pick up a car, thats fine with me ill enjoy a nice drive home getting used to a new car. I have houses in both columbus ohio and atlanta ga so i i can be anywhere really.

It does have the HK speakers though.

Columbus is about a 10 hour drive from where I live and I am frequently in central/northern Jersey which would be about 8-8.5 hours.

Just FYI....I would entertain the idea of letting my '00 steel blue M/T 4dr sedan go (pre-face) , I have some older pics in my photo alb. I have all the records for the car since I bought it 6 months ago, never raced and very clean...H&K system, Brand new tires - maybe 2k miles on them, Replaced Electric fan, Vanos -besian kit, Tune up, Plugs have all been done, replaced Hydraulic belt tensioner, idler and all belts, 16% tint all around, smoked side markers, smoked tails, I think I just hit 127k on the odometor and just so you know my mpg in the car right now is 25.8mpg per dash. Sedan. Under 150k mileage. Real nice color combo IMO. Plus photos. That enough....

Sorry for not updating this guys, but I wound up picking up an 00 323iT Wagon with 79k on it back on december 28th of 2011.


Alpine White Exterior, Tan real leather, No HK, No Power seats, Heated Seats however, No sunroof, Factory Xenons, Sport Package 5 speed Manual and 100% stock. The car now has a full stereo, lowered on coilovers, exhaust, spacers, sway bar endlinks, hardwired V1, hardwired garmin gps, laser jammers, an will probably have some sort of motor swap with in the next year if someone doesnt buy it off of me. The car currently has 87,953 miles on it. The car will either go into storage this summer, or sold, or will get a 1jz swap with an R154 trans.

100% 03 325xi. Steptronic AUTO. Dark Blue with tan interior. 104,XXX miles. Will give more information if your interested.
