E46 Australia Dynos!

I'm curious to have a centralised thread containing AU dynos. I am having a hard time locating who have done it and what the figures are.

I'm sure this thread will benefit those who are looking into further NA/FI tuning and improve accessibility whether it be on a small or large-scale basis.

Can those who have had dynos done contribute to this thread please and detail mods I'm sure it would prove to be a valuable resource!

Open to M's and non-m E46s or those using M54 and S54 engines....I don't think anyone has been balsy enough throwing a S85 etc in an E46 yet...

Mods both small and large welcome!
-------------------------------

Example criteria/post layout:

1. Dyno used eg Dyno Dynamics
2. Photo/image of dyno sheet detailing results
3. Motor eg. S54, M54B25/30 etc
4. Conditions eg. ambient temps etc
5. Relevant Modifications

It might also be worth stating the type of dyno used and conditions

This is my old 14psi dyno

Custom BMW M5x 2.8L Turbo.

I haven't dyno'd the new setup yet on the mainline dyno. Expecting somewhere around 320rwkw with 18psi.

You would sort of imagine, in the long term a happy dyno makes its owner more money than a sad one.

Good thread. This should been done a while ago. Shows what works and what doesn't.

That is a great figure for a m54b30 stock!

This is why perhaps there should be before and after mods dyno figures, as I'm sure most of you will know, most dynos vary in hp readouts.

Absolutely. But i think it will be better placed in a build journal. I think this thread is more of a gauge in power potential/output within varying dynos/conditions.

Stock or modified.

Thanks to everybody for contributing!

Some great results. Thread is not limited to posting of dyno results so related chit chat, tips etc would also be useful for fellow E46 AU fanatics
