It will be a $1200 paint job with good quality paint and one of the best clear coats! My friend is doing this for me so I'm getting a discount of about $800 (it is actually a $2K job) he will paint the window trim flat black and fix ALL the big & small dents too!

Will post pics next week when I get it back.
The interior is still on the works, I still need a carpet a new dashboard, back seat and front seats re-done.

I drove it today on the freeway on my way to the body shop and took some sharp turns and this thing handles AWESOME!
Just some caution: have a healthy respect for wet roads in these cars

^ hahaha! I used to have an E30 323i JPS in AW. My car was not friendly with wet roads....

Love this project - Good luck!

Here are some pics after the e30 got painted:

At the body shop after the paint job:

Another view at the body shop:

At home after painting (with black pasti dip) & installing the trim, mirrors and front grill:

Another view:

As you guys can see, there's still a lot that needs to be done.
Next things to do are:
1.Clean and polish front bumper, also replace and plasti dip trim.
2.Clean and polish rear bumper, plasti dip trim, tuck in bumper (like the front).
3.Paint the window trim flat black.
4.Lower car with H&R springs.
5.Clean & repaint rims (same color they are now)
6.Polish and wax the whole car.
7.New front & rear BMW badges

I will post more pics after these mods are done, hopefully it will all be done within a couple of weeks

Just started working on the e30 again last month
Interior is almost finished.

New black carpet
New dashboard (no more cracks)
Front seats reupholstered(black w/red stitching on sides and perforated leather bottom & back)
Back seat installed
E-brake & shifter boot (ordered black w/red stitching)
New OEM headlights w/projector & 6000k xenon

Ran int a litte problem last week , timing belt broke and bent 4 valves from cylinder head, the cyl head will have to be rebuilt (no worries parts already came in and should be ready this Sunday)

Will post another update with more pics in a month or so...
