Hi Jeff, I have issues with my AC and have been since I installed the unit. I have a '03 330CI so I guess it has affected at least one E46. Also I do not have sensors on my vehicle so how would I get the other ibus box? Thanks.

Email me some specifics, AC issues are pretty common on E46s, especially the final stage resistor.... the e39 dynavin hvac issue is a very specific issue and should have no effect on E46s

Yes the android units will display album art if you use the android media player (and your files are set up correctly of course)

I have a D99 Android unit and would like to know how exactly how to Boot the unit from the Android side.
I have searched so many times to try to find a post on how to set the Boot but cannot find anything.
There is many post on here saying about booting up but nothing specific.
Any help will be much appreciated.

nothing special.....its just the regular file structure that a computer uses.....you just copy and paste from your music folder on your computer....but to have album art you need to have the art files included, easiest way to accomplish this is to use a program like "media monkey" or similar that can organize and edit your music.

This isnt something I can go through step by step (plus Im no expert) but this is not dynavin specific stuff, or even android related, its just computer/media stuff.

I'm looking for information on the OBC adapter connections for the D99.

Can someone confirm the pin out on the 8 pin connector please?

Hi, this is a question for Jeff......I'm really interested in the D99 WinCE version. I do have a few questions before I purchase one from you.

1) If I were to buy it from you Jeff @ J&T Distributing, would I get the Sygic Navigation Program pre-installed on my unit? And if yes, how would I go about obtaining the Middle East maps for this program?
2) Do you accept paypal from international customers even if I have a shipping address in the States?
3) If I just want better iPod controls than the DICE unit which i already have (I hope u are familiar with their functions & setup), back up camera, decent Radio & Navigation, is the Android version what I should be thinking of or should I just stay with the WinCe model in your opinion?

Thanks for the time.....

Okay, that all makes sense.... Do you anticipate the WinCE version to ever be upgraded to show album art? Personally I like the idea of just using SD cards to store my music with the Android system. It seems like those 2 items alone tilt the favor to the Andriod for me.

How well does the 3rd party off line Navigation work on it? I ask for I most likely would not be using the tethering of it to my iphone and Sasktels 3G network. Data use in this configuration is very expensive, and if I were to be roaming in another province, the costs would be extremely high I'm told.

Thanks for any help in this matter Jeff, as I desparately want one of these ASAP, I just want to be sure I get the right one.

you can plug into the dynavins AUX in using a headphone to RCA adapter cable.......or you might be able to stream the audio via bluetooth although im not familiar with if/how your particular phone will work.

not sure if dynavin plays music via bluetooth, i know my enco unit does. Now to answer your questions. just pair your BB with the unit and start playing music. you do want to connect the usb to keep it charging because the bluetooth drains your battery pretty quick.

Hi Jeff,

I ordered the WinCE D99 from you two weeks ago and after a little trouble getting that bastard to fit in the dash...everything is working perfectly fine and I'm quite happy with how it is functioning.

That's all. Keep up the good work, we're all counting on you.

Hi firstly i fitted the dynavin to a 07 e class mercedes,,the wire i cut was the only solid green wire leading from the canbus box , i have no camera as i have parktronic but i am sure this would effect the camera if you have one.
