My Ride: 2005 Saleen Mustang
If you use an m3 wheel off a manual car and put it in an auto e46, are you supposed to switch to the smg clock spring? Because I get an airbag light even after resetting it. If so, PM me with info

Suppose to reset with a Peake tool or GT1

My friend got his light reset by the same person as I did and my light never went out and his did. Thats why I thought it was a bad clock spring or wrong clock spring?

You will have to modify your wheel for this to fit if it's a non-m wheel. If there a will there is a way.

I did it to a sports package wheels, really simple DIY if you have the skills, you jus have to cut the holes in the wheel and screw the switches to the metal reinforcement inside the steering wheel.
