Certain connectors arent the same... like the one for the backup camera.

Im not very savy when it comes to radios and stuff. I would also like to know the best way to run the wire for the backup camera.

Can anyone please explain what does this mean (maybe it's easier for you to understand since English is my second language): does this mean "both Android and WinCE will have updated version, but WinCE will be available first", or "you can buy WinCE now (since it is fully working one, unlike Android) and later you can buy upadated Android"?

The current issue is that for the android version the wifi has problems and they are trying to come up with fixed which will be a new version. There are no issues for the WinCE therefore I doubt they working on an update for now for this version. You can purchase the WinCE now is what the message means . And android whenever you feel safe buying it , meaning when ever they fix the wifi issue.

I'm unsure whether they are working on adding the feature as I have only seen in the dynavin version for twice the price of this unit

Is it possible to make the iPod turn off when you turn off your car? Kinda pointless to have it sit in the glovebox if it just runs out of battery...

It charges it when it is on/plugged in - but my ipod just stays on after i turn the car off, so it runs out of battery

What I do is press the On/Off button on the screen (lower left) to disconnect the IPOD from the unit. I still leave the cable attached. This will allow your IPOD to turn off and hibernate on its own.

Then when you power up your car it will turn the IPOD on and began charging again. It will also charge the IPhone 4S.
