Thanks guys. Thing is I feel like I still have a long ways to go. Solly, needing motivation....blasphemy. Your hardcore workouts are inspiring. BTW I like how you had a halloween costume showing off the new physique.

Yeah always busting my balls about my curls. But that is why this forum is cool. To help motivate each other and give info. I dont think I would have been this well without the forum. I have learned a ton. Then I realize I have a long way to go health and fitness wise.

Great morning. Ran 4 miles and 18 hspu 10, 5, 3. Scale was finally 179.

A nice visualization of my weight loss: we got a new lab puppy. 10 weeks old. Wife wants to know his weight. She says he is heavy you weigh him. So I weigh myself. Then pick up the dog and weigh us. I say it sucks to see the scale at 200. Dog weighs 20. She says I can't believe that you have lost the weight of two of those dogs. Visualizing the 40+ lbs that way was invigorating. Made me push hard during my run.

That's what I figured with your schedule and family life. could you find a small area in the house or garage where you can put a squat rack?
