I hate burpees but I know they help or they would not be so hard. 25 miles last week. Will have 10 by the end of the night. Giving me 99 (I will hit 100 in the morning) since January 15.

So I need to step it up. I have leveled off weight wise at 209. I am still running but trying to pick up the speed. I have just started as of Sunday burpees three times a week. Eating is still going good. Was tough this weekend since we were away on a weekend trip. Ate good except one night. We ate at a buffet at the hotel. Stupid.

I think you just need some way to increase your intensity. I'm not saying you should start BJJ, but some type of sprinting/plyo/sand/grass drills to get some 'muscle confusion' FWIW.

So I left the curls at 100 per arm. Stepped up the burpees to a faster pace. Picked up the pace on the treadmill to run hard for a quarter mile then down to a jog. Also became slightly stricter on the diet. In two days dropped another 1.5 lbs. NIce to see 207.5 on the scale. Hopefully 205 by middle of next week.

Still going strong. Ran 2 miles yesterday and this morning before work. Was 207 this morning. Had sort of a bad day eating yesterday as the inlaws came over after I cooked a turkey. Saturday night i drank 3 beers so that was not good. But usually monday morning is my worst weigh in after the weekend. So I am going to go hard the next few days and I think by my weigh in day (wednesday) I can be at 205. A nice thing that is happening is that people are noticing and making comments. Always makes you feel better.

Ran five miles total yesterday along with curls and pushups. Was 205.5 This morning. Weigh in tomorrow should be <205. So I am on track.

You losing almost a pound a day is mostly water weight, no?

I am not consistently losing a pound a day. The weekly weigh in is the one I am concerned about. I think my weight was at 207 monday because of beer/heavy foods over the weekend. I just like to see a steady decline when looked at over a week period. But seeing 205.5 on the scale is good motivation that things are working.

Today was my weekly weigh in. 205.5 still. I inputed this to weight watchers and set a new goal on there from 208 to 200. I lost two of my daily points. Last night ran 3 miles, 50 burpees and curls.

good job man. Don't worry too much about weight. Do you have a good measuring tape to use? That imo is a better way to track progress.

I dont have one but I can tell a huge difference in my clothes and belt. One of my best fitting suits before just flat doesnt fit. I had to to tighten my belt smaller than the waist of the pants. My love handles are shrinking slowly but surely.

28 miles this week. 173 since 1/15. Losing a little motivation this week though. Boredom maybe? Weight is staying at 205 so it is not just water weight low. Hoping to be down another 2 lbs by Wednesday. Spring break is 28 days away. 195 is a distant hope.
