.::interior wrap project::.

What are the best products for wrapping my door inserts, headliner and pillars. I want to go all black on interior, maybe suede on headliner and pillars, glossy black or suede on Door inserts. IDEAS? Thoughts?

What Products? Links!

Looking in to the same thing. Gonna talk to my buddy who used to do interiors for a living. Would like to ear others opinions. Will let you know what my buddy says.

I'm hearing nothing so far, Elliott says Joann's, grab some suede. It is very nice but 12 bucks a yard, I would need 4-5 yards to do everything in the car, maybe more, so I'm open to hear of other ideas.

No.. this is the correct forum to ask questions about where to purchase something for your interior. Let the moderators do the policing, and try and be less of a douche in general.

I was going to say Joann's too. They usually give out 40% coupons, I see on in the paper ALL the time. I'm sure you can go to one of the stores and say you forgot your coupon, they usually have some laying around. I believe it is 40% off one item, so you are down to $7.20 a yard.

I believe we have a winner, that meets my internet price, YAY!

Now to find my next headliner, pillars and door inserts colors. Any ideas??? (I'm thinking Suede for pillars and headliner, gloss black for door inserts to match gloss black trim pieces.)

Oh no 12.49 is at half off, ....

Gimme time to talk to my gf. She's a crafter and is always talking about this giant fabric warehouse in dallas she hits up for her fabrics because it's soo much cheaper than everything else. Hell she's come home with whole bolts of fabric for essentially nothing. They carry everything but I can't remember the name. I will get the info from her and let you know asap. I know the last time she took me there for fabric to do my belair I got enough to cover both bench seats and do my headliner and spent maybe 50.00

Dont worry man, I believe it can be stacked on top of sale prices, but YMMV

I can verify you can most definitely stack the coupons on their sales prices. I don't wanna out myself and say why I know but trust me you can.

I guess all the forums should be moved into the FS section because they all deal with products we can buy right?

Ok, another question, I have sprayed all the little trim pieces in glossy black to match my door and dash trim. I am now about to start my wrap, I know it's been forever, wife in the hospital, yadda, yadda, etc. etc. I am on to it now. Just ran across a little issue, what to do about the Sunroof shade, ideas? I don't think I'm going to wrap "everything" as I first though, A pillars, C Pillars and headliner. I believe that's going to be it for me. I might try to do the door inserts if anyone thinks it might be possible.
